Fabi is a family-owned business founded in 1965 by two brothers, Elisio and Enrico Fabi, in Marche – Italy, where shoe production is the bread and butter. As their success grew, they continued to live by the company’s foundational cornerstones: craftsmanship, attention to detail, uniqueness, and transparency. Since 2010 they have prioritised eCommerce and created their online store Fabiboutique, growing in strength and numbers every year.

Challenges

Amid the challenging consequences of Covid-19, eCommerce has substantially increased its global customer base as new users turn to online resources for shopping experiences. The company’s main goal was to craft smooth and satisfactory eCommerce experiences for their loyal customer base by improving their website user experience and optimising the sales funnel to increase sales.

The Results

With Segmentify’s smart product recommendations, the user experience on both the product detail and basket pages significantly improved; further, effective solutions like relevant product recommendations have allowed for enhanced cross-selling. Segmentify’s contribution to overall sales remained consistent around 20%, while the conversion rate increased 11%. The final result is a staggering 40% increase in ROAS, an 10% increase in retention rates, and a 19% increase in AOV among users who clicked on Segmentify’s recommendations.
