Challenges and Concerns
We wanted to reach our visitors with real-time online offers. We needed to let our visitors know about the campaigns and discounts – all personalized based on their purchase history – while they were still on our website. In ecommerce that is only half the job. We then needed to remind them about all the campaigns and discounts they encountered while they were on our site.
To able to communicate with our customers effortlessly and in real-time, we needed an online tool that we could put to work in no-time at all.
We were already using another third-party tool for ecommerce personalization, however we were having trouble in the integration process. We were unable to implement changes when we needed to and it was getting in the way of Atasay’s fast-respond approach. That’s why we have been looking for a new tool for a while.
We already knew about Segmentify’s presence in ecommerce world, but the biggest decision making point for us was when we heard about their super-easy integration! In just a week, we were done with the integration process and our first campaigns went live.

We run customized exit-intend popup surveys for our visitors through Segmentify. These popups only appear if the customers’ basket value at that moment is above a certain amount, and ask customers for their contact information. We then call them immediately. A great combination of online and offline work, that has increased our revenue by 10% on its own. In addition to that, our mini subscription surveys with Segmentify has quintupled our subscribers!
