Phil has set up e-commerce teams from scratch and managed experienced specialists working within international, multi-brand organisations. He’s a creative thinking people person who believes that delivering fantastic service across every channel and aspect of the business is key to success.
Phil set up pjm:digital in 2017, initially as an e-commerce consultant, helping clients identify and fix problems, kick-off new projects or drive improved performance. Since then, the company has evolved into a micro agency delivering e-commerce expertise & strategy, web design and digital marketing services for an evolving list of clients and sectors, always with ROI and service at it’s heart. Clients include Audio-Technica, Richer Sounds, Hudson Blinds, British Lion Eggs, ShopAppy, IRSAP UK, N.Peal and YPP.
He’s also a very talented musician, a charity trustee and a runner and fundraiser for Worldwide Cancer Research.
